Setlist turns scattered music data into a public service. Fennevia makes Firefox chrome modular. Dial Canvas explores a freer new-tab layout. All three are public.

Setlist is a self-hosted search index for VTuber karaoke. It finds public YouTube archives, extracts timestamped song lists from comments, and links each result to the start of the performance.
Firefox shell · Modular UI · Windows
Fennevia is an experimental, content-first interface for stock Firefox. It turns browser chrome into a modular four-edge workspace where nearly every visible control can be moved, nested, or reoriented. A narrow, validated bridge leaves security-sensitive flows with Firefox and can fall back to the retained native interface. The Windows prerelease tracks current Firefox Release builds and is intended for a dedicated profile.

A free-form speed-dial canvas for the new tab page. Dials and widgets can be moved, resized, and arranged without a rigid grid. Data stays local unless optional Firefox Sync is turned on.
How I work
I'm a software engineer in Hong Kong. The work I enjoy most starts with a real annoyance, then follows it all the way from the interface to deployment and maintenance.
My homelab is where I try those ideas under real conditions. It runs on Proxmox VE, with network segmentation, containers, reverse proxies, and enough automation that routine work stays routine.
I also experiment with LLMs and agents, but I keep the boundary obvious: they can help with work; they do not get to make opaque operational decisions on their own.
I care about the handoff between the UI, API, data, and the way the thing is actually shipped.
Clear boundaries, useful logs, tested recovery, and fewer surprises beat clever infrastructure.
I use local and cloud models where the result can be reviewed, measured, and safely corrected.
